A precise start.

We measure on site in the UAE and develop the staircase around your interior, working with you and your architect.

02 / MADE IN POLAND

12 weeks of production.

Your bespoke staircase is manufactured in Poland, with the materials and finishes selected for your project.

03 / DELIVERY TO THE UAE

4 weeks for delivery.

We arrange delivery from Poland to your project in the UAE.

04 / INSTALLATION

Installed by our team.

We handle installation on site, completing the staircase in your interior.

Production and delivery together take 16 weeks. Measurement, design approval and installation are scheduled separately with you.

How much does a KAISER spiral staircase cost?

Bespoke staircases start from AED 150,000. Transport and installation are charged separately. We coordinate measurement, production, delivery and installation for your UAE project. The price depends on the staircase geometry, materials, finishes and site requirements.

Do you handle measurement and installation in the UAE?

Yes. KAISER handles on-site measurement, production in Poland, delivery to the UAE and installation. You have one team coordinating the complete staircase project.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production takes 12 weeks, followed by 4 weeks for delivery from Poland to the UAE. These 16 weeks cover production and delivery. Measurement, design approval and installation are scheduled separately.

What should I prepare for a consultation?

A floor plan, floor-to-floor height, interior photographs and your planned schedule will be helpful. If you do not have all the details yet, tell us about your idea.

Should I involve my architect?

Yes. It is worth discussing the staircase position, its relationship with the floor opening and the design direction at the concept stage. Structural details need to be agreed for each project.
