KAISER spiral staircases are designed for people who see a staircase as one of the defining elements of an interior. A flowing flight and carefully chosen materials give each design its character.

The balustrade follows the spiral line of the structure. Transparent glass highlights the shape of the staircase and maintains a visual connection through the space.

In architectural terminology, spiral stairs typically wind around a central column, while helical stairs follow a sweeping curve without necessarily using a central column. The right structure depends on your space and the intended design. We discuss the geometry with you and your architect, rather than treating the terms as interchangeable specifications.

- We will discuss design possibilities and the information needed for a quotation.
- We handle measurement, production, delivery and installation. Allow 12 weeks for production in Poland and 4 weeks for delivery to the UAE. We agree the design, measurement and installation dates for your project.

Bespoke staircases start from AED 150,000. Transport and installation are charged separately. KAISER handles measurement, production in Poland, delivery and installation.
