Spiral staircase with light-coloured treads
A dark structure and light-coloured treads create contrast, while the glass balustrade keeps the spiral line visible. The photographs show the staircase in daylight and with its lighting switched on.
Form and details
The view from above reveals the rhythm of the light-coloured treads. The evening photograph highlights their edges and shows how the same staircase changes under different lighting. A film of this project is available on the home page.
